Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: In commitment to developing its services across its branches, Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), one of Bahrain’s leading Islamic banks, has organised a sales training course for its retail banking employees in cooperation with Etijah Coaching and Consulting Services.


The training course included customer relationship building skills and means of effective communication, which enhance responsiveness to customer needs. The course also aimed to introduce employees to successful customer service practices based on common sales techniques, in addition to exploring common mistakes in sales.


On this occasion, Mr. Tawfeeq Mohamed Bastaki, Acting CEO of KHCB, commented "KHCB has always recognised that its employees are its most valuable asset.
